A Tai Chi Form (japanese: Form=Kata) is a precise set of movements, like attack, defence and counter-attack. In martial arts it is also called
shadow-boxing, because the form simulate a fight against one or more real or imaginary opponends.
The basic goal of a form is to practice the motion sequences. When the student repeats the form over and over again, he developes the ability
of performing the technices naturally and reflexive. The movements get internalized so they happen without thinking, doubting or hesitating also in diverse circumstances .
The TaiChiGOLF (chinese: Tai Chi = the highest and last) is sadow-golf. You can practice at home or on the golf
course, always, everywhere, to each time of year.
